• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

International Shipping:

• Available to select countries.

• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Note: Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers

We utilize trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination and shipping speed selected.

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• CROWN & ROOTS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

• If your package arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours. Please provide a photo of your receipt, order number, and email so we can assist you.

 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds. Contact us immediately if you need it corrected before your order ships.
